Greer F
Licensed Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be fully yourself—where your story is met with compassion, care, and respect. Beginning therapy can feel uncomfortable — and that’s a natural part of the process. My intention is to offer a calm, grounded space where you can soften, breathe, and feel truly seen and understood.
In our work together, we can challenge unhelpful thought patterns, explore past trauma, and strengthen relationships that may feel strained or distant. I work with individuals, children (ages 6+), teens, and couples who are looking to heal, grow, and feel more connected—to themselves and to the people they love. I’m especially passionate about helping people heal from childhood and family wounds, guiding children through the ups and downs of growing up, and helping partners reconnect and rediscover their friendship.
I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, EFT, and the Gottman Method, and I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. When working with children, I incorporate play-based techniques to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood in ways that are engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate. I also welcome integrating your faith into our work together if that feels meaningful and supportive to you.
There is no rush and no right way to begin; we can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re stepping forward with clarity or simply following a quiet inner nudge, it would be an honor to sit with you and listen to your story.
